Jack point damage M3

So I picked up my 4 month old M3 SR+ last Friday. When I saw it in the showroom it had a scuffed alloy which the dealer promised to Refurb. I did point out that extreme caution was needed when jacking a Tesla. He assured me that his staff knew all about it and not to worry.
I’ve just checked under the car and obviously his staff didn’t know all about it. How bad does this look and do I need to get Tesla SC to check it?

If you feared it then, I'm compelled to say you should of checked this when you collected. Nothing critical appears to be damaged and I would not think the SC will be of help here. However, first thing you should do ASAP is inform (in writing/email) of your finding to the dealer that sold it to you and then check with the SC for any issues if you want to be able to sleep at night.

I am sure I read somewhere on here that amongst the extras that had been bought was a set of jack pads . . . . . I've just looked them up (Amazon) and they don't cost much, perhaps that is something we should buy and carry in the boot just in case.
Absolutely do that. There's a better than even chance people that need to jack the car won't have them

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Some ( often the cheaper ones) have a "lug" that is too long so that it wont go all the way in before it hits something and then the pad sits proud a bit. When jacked up the lug mushrooms inside the hole and then the pad cannot be removed. It's easy to fix though if you do in advance. When you get them make sure the lug goes all the way into the hole without leaving a gap between the pad and the chassis. if it wont hacksaw off a centimeter from the top of each lug.
Better still look for a set with a relatively short lug in the first place.

When I looked on Amazon I did notice that there was a choice (even from the same seller there was a choice from three) with no indication of why one might choose A, B or C
the hole is only about 20mm deep yet you see items like this:

with dimensions of 25mm shown that are advertised as "model 3 jack pads" and they really arent without the hacksaw mod.

I found similar damage. Took my M3 to Kwikfit to rotate the tyres. They found 3 of the 4 jacking points damaged. I didn’t check these on collecting the car. They must have been like this on handover. Maybe used to secure the car on a transporter? Anyone else with this issue?
