Jacking up car when tire is flat?

What type of jack have you used when jacking up a Model 3 (19" wheels) with a flat tire? Most jacks seem too high when you consider the puck has to be used.

Can you get air on the tire enough to lift the car?

Porsche jacks have a nub, no puck required, plus they fold down tight. Also, you can carry a piece of wood to drive onto.

There’s plenty of room even under my P with a flat tire.

If suppose if you lower the vehicle and then can’t get a jack plus pick under it, you could jack up on the same side as the flat tire but nearer the nonflat one. The M3 is so still it lifts the entire side of the car. Get a second jack under the side you want to work on and then continue jacking the rest of the way.
