January 2022 Order Delivery Dates

My EDD date also got changed to 6/26 to 7/9, with a delivery in West Texas. Hopefully we both get ours during our dates.

Well mine changed again today. Was Aug 18 - Sep 29. Now it's Aug 20 - Sep 24. That makes change number 9.

Yes i got the vin 7SAY from houston but the deliver is tomorrow so i have to get everything done by tomorrow. The problem is i live in New Mexico and picking up in El Paso, Texas. So they said the registration might be a problem. Will have to figure all of this out, does any body know why they wont let me register my tesla from New Mexico even though im picking up in Texas.
They changed the date from july1-july15 back down to aug29-oct10.
The training rep won’t return my calls. How do I get a hold of them?

My Jan 6th order date just changed from July 24-Sept 4th to Aug 19 -Sept 23rd 2022
My Jan. 9th original order date change from July 18th-Aug 29th to Aug 11th-Sep 15th as well. I’m based in Hawaii.
August 11 - September 22 for me - order date January 16. MYLR 7 seats 20 wheels silver/black

Any January ODs that were pushed back to 2023 get their EDD moved back to this summer or fall?

Yeah, I was eventually moved to Jul 25 - Aug 29, but now I'm at Aug 26 - Sep 30.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you got pushed back. I'm thinking the dates are so wild because of the uncertainty with Austin. Hopefully they can ramp up the 2170 MYLR production well.
I ordered my car in January and just got pick up notification. I live in Louisiana and scheduled pick up in Texas. My delivery is set for this weekend. A Tesla representative just told me it is against Texas law to pick up a car in Texas and register it in Louisiana. Is this true? Can’t find it anywhere on the internet.

I would call the rep back and ask him/her to give you the cite for the law or whom to contact at the TX State and ask directly. That doesn't make sense. Why would TX care where you register your car? If people buys a car in TX because they were in an accident, which totaled their car, are they saying that you can't buy the car in TX and take it home to register it? Makes no sense. Tesla should be able to get you a temp tag so you can drive back to Louisiana and then register it there.
