Jerome Guillen is back!

Jerome Guillen is back from the Semi project-- he was just promoted to head of automotive. This is great news for Model S, X, and 3 owners and prospective owners. When he was head of the Model S project he was very responsive to owner complaints. This was back in the day when there were only a few thousand cars and he actually responded personally to problems. I think the production quality and delivery problems will finally be addressed.

Let's hope he has the time to be hands-on with customers again. Jon McNeill was for a bit but I think he got overwhelmed towards the end. I suppose it doesn't help that TMC tagged him for every little issue...
