At Teslive, Jerome suggested we email him with service suggestions. I seem to remember that he said "I am the only Jerome."

I took that to mean that his email was [email protected] - but this didn't work. Anyone get his actual email address?

This is correct. I sendt him an e-mail last week and he replied within 5 minutes! Impressed to say the least. And that e-mail (among many other I suppose) led to Tesla EU changing their position on winter tires.

I got a prompt response to my recommendation that we needed more service locations in Santa Clara county. Problem already solved! They are opening two this summer.

Where is that Palo Alto location? There doesn't seem to be a 4810 El Camino Real in the 94306 zip code.

I can't find one. I'll ask when I am at Menlo Park tomorrow. It could be a typo and be 4180.

I assume it is 4 miles south of Menlo Park. That puts it right about at 4180 E. El Camino - near Charleston.

The old Carlsen Volvo dealer is at that address and Jerome confirms that they are taking over an old Volvo dealership.

Which is ironically right next to the former Fisker Silicon Valley dealership. Last time I drove by they had ditched their Fisker signage, though supposedly they still do (out of customer pocket) Karma repairs.

4401 E. El Camino is about a block or two north of San Antonio Rd. I think 4810 is actually a Mountain View address just south of San Antonio.

I emailed Jerome yesterday regarding the apparently incorrect address. Funny that Google maps on iPad truncates the address and puts it in Tustin CA ...
