Hey people :)! Just joined and thought this place seemed nice to start sharing dates n stuff. Ordered my MYP white/white fsd 21' Überturbine on June 29, 2022 and dates have changed quite significantly back and forth. First had a change from August 2022 to February 2023, then back to November 2022 a few different times and now looks like it's settled on October 26 2022. How are your guys's dates updating and what estimates are you getting?

I finally took the delivery on 9/14. Was all very excited until I saw the 2 deep, deep paint scratches near by the roof (pic below) which really sucks because I was planning on getting it wrapped ASAP but will have to wait until it’s fixed. No big deal if Tesla Plano can fix it soon which the delivery specialist told me “Yes” before I accepted the car and booked the appointment. The closest time they have is Oct 11th, which is about month away – that really sucks but again, not much else I can do.

On Oct 11th, I brought the car to the SC and Tesla kept it overnight. This morning I received a standard text message from Tesla states “Your car is ready” follow by a text message from the service advisor Antonio C. “… your car is ready to be picked up. We were not able to fix the scratch for you. This will have to be sent to a body shop. Right now all of our Tesla certified shops are backed up and you will most likely be scheduled for December or January”. Now I’m angry because If you know all body shops are booked, why don’t you just cancel/reschedule the appointment so we don’t have to waste our time? On top of that, and for a such small job, I have to wait until December or January TBD??

This is NOT the way to treat your loyal customer. As the company grows bigger, it pains me to say their customer service seems to be getting worse (or non-exist according to some).

Hope y’all have better luck than me.

Wow, that's borderline wolverine grade scratches. Hope they get your sorted out. Hoping I have better luck tomorrow to have them fix a couple of deep nicks that I saw during delivery.
