Just got a build date from SA

So I just got a “build date” from my SA, for 11/14. This is for the model 3 refresh. He tells me that it should only be 2 weeks now until delivery. Does this build date mean I’m getting a VIN on 11/14? Anyone have any experience with this?

Very interesting. My SA hasn’t been willing to give me anything in terms of ETA? Just says “we’re keeping an eye out for your VIN.” I ordered an SR+ Model 3 on October 16. What configuration are you getting and when did you order?

Ordered 10/4 it is a SR+ Red Ext/ White Int 18 in wheels

Ok! Thanks for the info! Definitely seems like SR+ will be delivered first. Maybe I’ll call my SA tomorrow and ask for an update. I haven’t heard from her in a week and a half. I’ll let you know if I hear something similar.

I know the SAs have special access in the system, they see more information than what we get as an update. I am gonna ask my SA if he can see any build date.

Why is my SA so secretive..... :/ I ask him and he's like "I do not have access to such information..."

I keep emailing the sales person and the delivery person he mentioned and they were like nope... nothing new... Still Nov 20th - Dec19th (I was like don't fool me, it's not gonna happen tomorrow for sure....)

My delivery estimate got changed to 11/19-11/27 which means within a week hope to get some more information from my SA tomorrow. He doesn’t work Thursday but I got an email today saying Delivery prep.

sigh.... Tesla can get away with such by having virtually no competition :/
