Just picked up car today

The app is not showing me anything but old information from 4 hours ago. I have the car plugged in but I can't tell if it's charging?
When I press the charger handle a blue light flashes. Plugged into 110 charger.

It just says last seen 4 hours ago and I can't get the app to refresh. Closed and restarted it many times. Nothing...Android Pixel 4XL phone.

Sir this is a Wendy's (Model X forum)

with that aside, try two thumb wheel reboot, make sure mobile access is enabled, connect to wifi, if none of those work, come back here or the model 3 forum.

When the app shows it as last seen however long ago, normally just means the car is sleeping.
