Just placed an order for a Used p90DL

We just picked up the car. It looks brand new.

here are some things I noted already.
-alignment is off. It pulls right
- passenger FWD clunks as it opens, intermittently
- 90% is at 208 miles. Which is kind of low

But what are your thoughts on the 90% SOC being at 208. I think that is fine as long as it doesn’t get any lower.

But my wife likes it. Smooth ride. Lots of space. Lots of power, more than enough.

I explained my thoughts earlier in this thread. I recommended against 90 battery which is known for degradation. I think I provided some links. Tesla won’t replace your battery, degradation is not a covered benefit. Your choice is made. But you probably saved some $$.

Even with the degradation, isn't it still better than a 75D?

Rated range for 75D is 237. So 90% is 213.

You’re not taking degradation into account.
Most likely the 75D would be below 200 miles at 90% SOC

Who knows. Degradation is not the same on all batteries. 90s are knows for excessive degradation. My point is it’s very close.

I’d say 7-10% degradation would not be unusual.
Yes both are close in range which means OP wouldn’t really be better off with a 75D

We are happy with the car even with the 90% at 208. Hopefully it won’t lose too much more. We got the p90DL at 75d market value so we can’t complain.
