In NW Ohio our odds are only slightly higher of another Tesla. Perhaps like getting chosen to be on the list to get chosen for the intl space station visit.

California doesn't use temp tags (yet, they will by 2018 with new legislation in the works). So cars can be up to 6 months old without a tag.
