The above link is not working.

I noticed this new Kandi link with pre-orders for the Model K23 and Model 27

Certainly not a Tesla killer, but amazing price:

Kandi America - Most Affordable Electric Vehicles

Kandi Electric Vehicle - Model K23

    $27,499 - ($7,500 Fed tax) = $19,999

    Rated Power: 49 KW
Battery Type: 41.4 kWh Ternary Lithium
    Top Speed: 72 MPH
    Mile Range: 111
    Charger (120V) Level 1 / (240V) Level 2
Kandi Electric Vehicle - Model K27

    $17,499 - ($7,500 Fed tax) = $9,999

    Rated Power: 45 KW
    Battery Type: 17.69 kWh Lithium
    Top Speed: 68 MPH
    Mile Range: 59
    Charger (120V) Level 1 / (240V) Level 2

Note: I would be interested to see the reactions from Sandy Munro

Sandy's Reaction to World's Cheapest EV - The Changli Freeman

Jalopnik senior editor Jason Torchinsky visits Munro with the car on hand

The Changli Freeman has a base price of $930,
the batteries cost $1,200 and must be purchased separately.
It's like a children's toy: Batteries Not Included.

It cost Tochinskjy about $3,000 in total once he paid extra
to have it delivered to his U.S. home from China
