After a difficult experience with the Austin Service Center, I lowered my expectations for Tesla Service Centers. The Kansas City Service Center has entirely amended that! They are engaging, easy to converse with, and willing to go the extra step to assist customers. While the facility is slammed with vehicles, leading to a somewhat dusty environment, they are highly efficient and get the job done correctly.
