I met Adrian, the new Kansas City service technician, yesterday. Really nice guy. He is making calls in the area now and came to my house to change out my 12 volt battery. I arranged the visit through e-mails with Russ the new service manager for the Kansas City area. Very quick response time. I think it will just be the two of them covering the Kansas City area (and as far south as Tulsa) for a while until the new service center opens.
I asked when and where the new Kansas City service center would be open and he still doesn't know. We are both hoping it will be on the Kansas side; but, he mentioned it depends on state laws and I am guessing Missouri may be a little more EV friendly.
