Ok tesla forum….dilemma…

I purchased my Jan 2022 M3 LR for 63k cnd $.
Driven 20k kilometres on it and I can sell it for 80k cnd right now. It’s in my company so I collect all taxes back also on the sale.

Thats cool 17k profit less 2k I spent on partial ppf, rear spoiler and a yoke steering wheel (which I can return back to wheel and sell seperate)

Issue is…I LOVE my car lol. The drive, the power ( I have the ingenext model so it’s like ABoost 3.7 sec 0-100).

But I also know profit is profit…
We have an MYP in the family as well so still have a beast of power Tesla.

Thoughts? I could essentially add 5k to the profit and go buy a used ice car cash. No payments.

Hmmm 🤔

Then no point selling and paying tax again!

The point is to cash out and buy a cheaper car cash or keep it. Not much diff between LR/boost and PM3 from 30kph onwards to be honest. I’ve driven my friends PM3 and while it has that extra oomph from 0-30, the 30-120kph is pretty close. Plus I like the added range and my M3 looks like a PM3 anyway lol.
20”, spoiler, tint, gloss black calipers, Cfibre trim).

I just feel like 2023 will be the year used prices come back into balance and all these used teslas are going to plummet back to reality. There is a unique time to sell a used car for profit and when it ends, it will be sudden.
