Key Cards don't look the same

I wonder why our Key Cards look different when they were both introduced to the car on the same day?

Shouldn't they look exactly the same? Should I be concerned?

I took possession of my Y on Monday. The SC told me they were already programmed to my vehicle.
On Tuesday I left my phone in the house and tried each card. None of the two worked.
After calling Tesla support they had me reboot the vehicle.
Both cards now work

what I've figured out is the tom's key card is on you and in the car with you, pat's key is not in the car, so it doesn't detect it...so its just a programed key card saved in the tesla, but not present, switch the keys, and this should reverse

I had all of my keys (two key cards, two fobs and two phones) all show as "Unknown key" for months, regardless of which one was active, and without any other issue. All this means is that the car somehow doesn't know the type of key (e.g. card, fob or phone), but the keys work just fine.
