Key Fob ceased to open frunk

I got a key fob for my wife. It no longer opens the frunk/trunk, but lets you in the vehicle. When I push the trunk soft key on the fob, the charge port opens! I deleted and reinstalled the FOB, no change. Suggestions? Or should I just ask for a replacement.

Solved, battery was low, but not dead. Retrained my wife to double click to open frunk/trunk. Did not know that holding the fob for more than 2 seconds opens the charge port. Helped to reread (RRTFM).
