You have to see it to believe it.

I phoned Tesla service, and will be taking my X to the service center as soon as they open (8 AM EST).

    Stay tuned!

So on the way to the service center, a thought crossed my mind – I'm assuming they're going to charge me for labor and some fee. If so, perhaps I could talk them into loading the silky smooth update. :D

Wow. I better not leave my car oudside at night. So many small animals outside as I'm near the woods......

If you have the tow package, you could try removing the hitch plate cover

Ditto. I'm happy to help to defray the cost to get that kitten out.

    GREAT NEWS you guys!

They rescued this beautiful kitten that had been trapped in my Model X's rear bumper for probably over 14 hours, gave her water right away, AND one of the rescuers and his family offered to provide her with a new loving home :)

    GO TESLA!

    WHAT a day :)

I would have named her Tessie had I been able to keep her :)

Not judging, but you drove to the SC with the kitten in the bumper? I'm not sure I would've done that as I would've feared for the kitten's life, lol.
