The backup camera on my S started flashing on and off a few days ago. Not all the time, just every now and then.
Rang the Tesla help desk and they had me reset the touchscreen but when that didn't seem to help they said they'd have the local service center ring me.
Looking at the time stamps on my phone I heard from the local shop in just under 19 minutes.
I told them it's not that big a deal and suggested they get me in when convenient for them. She asked "How about tomorrow?".
Sure.
Dropped the car off and they gave me an X (never driven one before). Nice ride and they said I could keep it for the weekend. Much fun.
Now the neighbors think I own an X.
At any rate, many thanks to the SLC service center for such prompt service.
