I had the S serviced by the team in Orlando and was very pleased with the Service. Peter (the Service Manager) personally delivered the car Saturday morning. They had to replace the drive unit due to a noise that had popped up in addition to the delayed 12K service (car actually has 15K on it now). Living just outside of Orlando, we had one of the earlier Model S's in the are (delivered 2/2013) and had previously had the car serviced by Mark and the gang in Tampa, who did a wonderful job. The set the bar high, and I am happy to say that the Orlando store matched that high standard! The Orlando store did not have a complete drive unit, so they sent a truck over on Thursday to Tampa to pick one up. It was installed Friday morning, along with a new alignment, the new stronger rear cargo cover, titanium plates, and several other items. The car was deliverd by Peter washed and looking as beautiful as ever. As we say in the Military... Bravo Zulu to Orlando Tesla!
