Tuesday night I noticed the car was nearing its 10k tire rotation.
I emailed the service department thinking I'd have to wait a few days.
They replied early the next morning that I should bring it in that afternoon.
Got it there about 4:00. Barely had time to grab some snacks in the lounge and some time on their wifi and the car was ready and I was back on the road.
