My brother’s luxury condo board (~100 units) just voted down installing EVSE, they’re just keeping status quo. The stumbling block is simple: metering and billing, they are not interested in starting a system for that.
Someone posted this link here earlier, I think it’s a great system and it seems like an indoor version would be perfect for condos. Each condo owner already has an account with City Light, just add their phone app and the condo board never administers anythiing.
The utlity has the install expense, if they are willing to expand what they are already doing :
