I have bear witness to a few occasions at the SC with other Tesla Owners, and frankly this is retail, and with retail, you can’t make everyone happy.
I understand that there are defects upon delivery(there are at least 3x other posts about this).
I’m not defending Tesla but we all believe in the brand and the man, and like with most things, there are ways of going about things.
Yes things can be much worse and we all expect a level of service, but I know Tesla is doing everything they can, just need to give them the opportunity/time to do so.
As far as loaners, not every SC is going to have loaners, it’s just the nature of the beast..just be patient or take your car to another SC if you can.
