You have MCU/1, so there are two options.
(1) Trade-in your Tesla for a 2019 model with MCU/2
(2) Pray that Tesla releases the Retrofit Program, so you can pay upwards of $1500 to get your MCU/1 replaced with an MCU/2.
#1 is a realistic option, while we all hope that #2 may come, there has been nothing official beyond a tweet from Elon over a year ago now and so far no action or even any sort of mention that it's in the works.
