Lane Change with Autopilot

Quick question, just order Autopilot but not Full Self Driving Capability.

Does Autopilot in its base form include Lane Change?

When in Autopilot and turn on turn signal does not change lanes.

I have tried to find a setting to see if I have lane change turned off.

Any comments/help would be appreciated.

Base Autopilot does not have auto lane change. That is a FSD feature now.
