Lane departure warning won't turn off

I made sure the LDW settings are all OFF in the software but it's still on and driving me nuts when I do slow lane changes or when the exit lane opens up to the right on the highway and I shift the steering slightly to exit. It seems the car thinks the car is drifting away when the shift in direction is slow.

And yes the turn signal is always on.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have this issue occasionally. I signal to change lanes and then beep beep beep err err you are changing lanes when you shouldnt... Drives me nuts.
