Sentry mode failure, lanes disappear and turn signal cameras don’t work.
Yesterday around noon I started getting notifications saying “Sentry Mode turned off due to sentry system error”. (See pic) Did think too much about it. While driving home I noticed the lanes on my screen had disappeared and so did the other vehicles on the road. (See pic)
Scheduled a service through the app. They responded they are seeing multiple errors and that I need to bring it in on Monday. (8/15). Great.
This morning I get a message in the app saying they needed to order both side repeater cameras and the coaxil cable that connect to the DAS module. New appointment date is Oct 3.
Anyone else get this error? How long did you have to leave the car at the SC?
The scroll wheel reset didn’t fix the issue. Currently on 2022.20.8.
