I am planning on getting the LR battery without the upgraded interior. Any thoughts on if this option will be available at the start of the configuration or if the LR battery alone will be placed earlier in the production order versus the SR battery alone?
The original guidelines (which obviously are now delayed) was that non premium interior went into production in “fall” and short range battery in November. Make of that what you will.
@jchau, ignore your first response, as greg said, the model 3 FAQ says fall for non premium orders and also for white interior. Yes, there is every chance it may be delayed, but almost assuredly not by more than 6 months.
