I picked up a Dec 2018 MX75 recently and am not sure if all the FWD interior sensors are working correctly. The doors have no problem opening, but have closed on our heads a couple of times.
I've found touch sensors along the trim of the door (prevents pinching on fingers), an ultrasonic sensor close to the speaker on the FWD (prevents closing on someone standing next to the door), but did not find anything on the top of the FWD next to the two hinges, which were there in 2016 models.
Is it normal for a late 2018 MX to not have the touch sensors on the top of the FWD next to the hinges? It prevents closing on someone's head while they're standing up, adjusting their seats, etc...
