Lease take over

Thinking to upgrade to a P100L but for that i would need to pass along my current lease.
I have a 2017 MS75D fully loaded all options but sunroof, red on black, is a 3 year lease (started 9/2017) 15k a year, currently 12k for $702 a month (including taxes)
I would require 5k down payment and take over the lease, let me know if interested.
Residual value $60280

So you want $5k, then you've paid 16 or 17 of 36 payments meaning there's 20 payments x $702 = $14,040. So total cost would be $19,040 and a residual of $60,280 = $79k. For $80k I'll take this new 100D:

Model S 100D 5YJSA1E26JF284789 | Tesla

Just trying to make you aware of the mess Tesla has made in the last week. And people say the used market prices aren't going to take a hit........

Im not selling my Tesla, Im looking for someone to take over the lease, your example above is not apple to apples.
The example above yields a lease payment of over $1100 for a 10000 mile a year lease close to 10k deposit, my current lease is for 15000 miles a year for $702 with half deposit.
Now I see your point, If you have $84000 to spare then my lease take over s not your best option, nor you should be looking at leasing all together, instead should buy the car outright.

For anyone looking for a deal that Tesla no longer offers this is one of them, any other deal from Tesla (currently) will be well over $1100 a month.

Whoever is serious we can chat and negotiate, it might not be a good deal for you but it might for someone else.
Tesla can not touch this deal at the moment.

This is a good deal even with $5k down.

The effective payment would be like $950ish assuming 20 months left. If you are willing to negotiate it is a steal.

I would be all over this if it were black, white or grey.

The dude from MN has no f’cking clue what he is talking about.

Throw it up on swap a lease and it will be gone in a heart beat.
