Jesus. Tough crowd here. Judging from the lease maturity date I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that this was one of the super cheap service loaners Tesla dumped at the end of Q3 2016. The deal was amazing then and it's still amazing now, even with the shorter term and lower mileage. An equivalent MSRP car is leasing from Tesla for $1900 a month with $8000 down. This is net $1069 a month if you factor in the down payment. Tesla charges .25 a mile over so figure you want 1000 miles a month for the remainder of the term and you're looking at another $83.25 a month for a total of $1152.25.

That's a fantastic deal. We were all tripping over ourselves just 5 months ago to get similar price breakdowns.
