I have the following X for lease take over:

• 2017 Model X 90D
• Current mileage is 8300
• Allowed mileage is 37,000
• Lease start date was 10/2/17
• Lease end date is 10/2/20
• Payment with AZ sales tax is $1046 (base payment is $962)

Options include

• Solid Black Paint
• 20" Silver Wheels
• Ultra White Seats with 6 Seat Interior Layout
• Carbon Fiber Upgrade
• Front Console
• Black Alcantara Headliner
• Premium Upgrades Package
• Smart Air Suspension
• Premium Sound Package
• Sub Zero Weather Package
• Towing Package
• AP2 with EAP not activated
• Front 2 windows are tinted to match the rear windows

Car is in excellent condition with zero issues, stories, wrecks, ect. Located in Scottsdale, AZ.

I am asking $5000 to take this lease over. Any fees associated with the lease transfer will be on the buyer. I have a free first service that I will include with the transfer.

Why are you asking $5,000? Did you put a lot down? Makes no sense to get some one to take over a lease is usually at no charge or you pay the new owner to take it over. So they can refinance it with Tesla if they want to buy it or just assume it?

The options list is great but what is the MSRP ???

Appreciate your response though respectfully you do not understand what you are talking about. The amount down is irrelevant. What you should be looking at is what the effective monthly payment is over the life of the lease. This is a good deal that I got about 3 months ago and am passing it along to someone else. Feel free to price out a new 75D with the same options and it will be substantially higher than what this car is.....probably $300/month+ higher after you factor in all the associated fees.

I dont have the window sticker in front of me, but it was right around $111K.

And yes, someone can assume the monthly lease payment or they could buy the car out. I dont know what the buy out is but can find for someone who is seriously interested.
