Family situation has changed so the Model X is no longer the perfect fit for us.

Car located in south bay area, CA.

Model X P100D with Ludicrous mode.

Just over 1 year remaining on the lease. was a 12k/yr lease, running just under average so you will have about ~14k miles at your disposal.

The car was a showroom car when leased and had a little over 4k on the ODO. In the picture below, you will see a trip that has not been reset since acquisition. that is the true miles used so far.

Car is in good shape, garaged and not used everyday.

    Red exterior, premium black interior.
    5 seat config.
    Tow Hitch
    iPhone charging dock
    Red carpool sticker for CA
    unlimited supercharging and connectivity.

    Has autopilot 2.0 computer.

Car is shown with 22 onyx turbines, but those were a referral prize and are not included. Silver 20" slipstreams will be reinstalled with only 4k miles on them. You may make an offer for the 22" if you prefer them. You would be able to keep them after turning the car in.

Car is shown with all weather mats. This were added after the lease. They will be replaced with near pristine cloth mats that came with the car. You may make an offer for the mats if you prefer them. You would be able to keep them after turning the car in.

Monthly payment is $1186 plus taxes. In Santa Clara County that works out to be $1292/mo.
Next payment due 4/21/20. Last payment 3/21/20, lease terminates 4/21/21.
Annual registration is due in April.
Any transfer fees, end of lease fees are the responsibility of the person assuming the lease.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

    Thanks, Jeff

Had a party lined up and they have backed out for reasons besides any dissatisfaction with the me or the car. So this is still available.

Tesla is not doing assumptions until may due to DMV limitations, so you will get just under a year of use.

Annual DMV registration for CA has been paid, so you will not have that expense.

Car is not moving due to Stay at home orders so the remaining mileage on the lease is staying constant.

Any other questions let me know.

Lease assumptions are not allowed in the final 12 months of lease. May reach out and see if there are special circumstances. Maybe an early termination of some sort.

They are waiving that if you tried to do it during the dmv shutdown.

quick update with some added color.

Annual registration for CA is paid, April payment is paid, so that means anyone interested will only have 11 payments and any fees at the end of the lease to "rent" a p100D with ludicrous for 11 months and 14k miles.

approximately $14,000 for 11 months of use.

We will have a limited window to get this done if DMV reopens in May so please ask questions early and often. thanks.

We are looking for a Model X, but want a six seater. I’m curious, though, what’s the buyout price at the end of the lease?

    thanks!

Mileage update. 13571 miles remaining on lease, for an average of about 30 per day available.

Please pm me the buyout. Also was wondering if they would extend this the customary 6 additional months?

Any reason for not posting the buy out? It could help with potential buyers looking to buy one and you taking the 1st hit.

Never done a transfer before so not sure what should be out there and what shouldn’t. I’m generally conservative with posting contractual info.

Regardless this really isn’t a buyout candidate. This is a use and return deal. The buyout isn’t attractive. You can do about as well as a newer demo. It’s about the low pmt for the p100d.

    Transfer is pending.
