Lease takeover Model X

Hi,
New here, looking for lease takeover for model x, less than 12 months on lease. Located in Phoenix

i dont think you can do a lease transfer if there is less than 12 months left on the lease.. I have a 17 X and the lease states that.. not sure if all of them do.
