Not very many miles remaining, probably a tough sell.

If you add $100 more a month for a total of $1032, you can drive about 1000 miles a month.

What's the buy out now and residual at end of lease? Maybe you'd be better off selling it as a buyout.

Being over mileage and having expensive and short lasting 21's are against you in this if your hoping not to add an incentive. The standard down payment really covers the "off the lot" depreciation and unfortunately isn't recoverable at this point.

Having autopilot enabled is in your favor.

To be fair, doesn't the lease price include 833 miles/month yet you only left them with 604? At $.25/mile that's $1,259.5 or $57.25/month that the person taking over the lease is paying for miles you already used. Add in the $2k for 21" tires is another $100/month the new owner has to bear. I'd say a $3k incentive would be fair.

I would throw in brand new 21" Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires as the incentive.

The buyout as of Nov 28th was $76,000. The residual at the end of the lease is $61,463.
