Obviously no one has finished a Model X lease yet, but I am wondering does Tesla look at lease return vehicle (Model S) under a microscope for tiny scratches? Are they flexible on their leasing terms if I am going to lease another Tesla while waiting for their new Tesla (Model X or 3) unpredictable delivery date?

Tesla is using US bank for their leases. My prior car lease was with US Bank and the turn in was no big deal. They send a person over to look at the car before you turn it in. They found a small dent that I couldn't even see but it was considered normal wear and tear.
