Leasing Program not available in Wisconsin?

Does anyone know when the Tesla leasing program might be available in Wisconsin? Why isn't it available? I was hoping to snag a MS before getting a M3...So annoying...

Leases are available but just not from Tesla. Contact a sales consultant at Highland Park, Illinois and they will share a couple different companies they work with. I do not really know why they can not provide the same lease opportunities as those in Illinois. It appeared to me connected with the same reasons why Tesla does not have Sales and Service locations in Wisconsin.

While I don’t know for sure, I imagine it has something to do with the fact that you cannot buy directly from a manufacturer in Wi. Leasing is just an extension of that law.
