I can't take credit for the find as someone in the Model X owners FB Group found this set off amazon that look amazing and literally takes under 10 mins to install. I love how they add pockets for the rear passengers and they fit 99% perfectly. They come in a set of 2.

They tuck in all around the sides and top. There is a hook at the bottom that connects under the seat. Took 10 mins for both to install.

Just installed the same ones! The fit near the plastic trim at the bottom of the seat isn’t perfect but its close enough and vastly better than the typical seat back protector with the straps that go around the seat. For reference, the covered seat back is installed on the driver vs. factory condition on passenger seat just so you can see side-by-side:

Just put these in. They look great and are already doing their job!
