Has anybody tried revisiting whether or not this can really be done? I realize from what I have read they are not as bright as the old xenon units, but I love the look from a cosmetic standpoint (especially the daytime driving lights).
Is the software really a hard stop from this getting done? Maybe a aftermarket kit will become available that would be compatible?
