left side of touch screen showing doors open when they are closed - auto pilot/lane assist screen won't activate as doors open screen won't go away.

the last few days my touch screen is randomly showing doors and trunks open when they are closed. when i am driving the doors open screen will stay on the left part of my screen (no autopilot/lane assist screen will activate) opening and closing the doors doesn't make a difference.

i have to restart the computer then all is fine only for the screen to come back again.
