Left turn signal wrong?

I didn't pay attention when I got the car, ;-) but recently because it's winter and gets dark quicker, I noticed that the left driver side turn signal light might be wrong, but before I schedule a service, I just want to confirm:

When I walk away, I can hear the car beep and it's locked, but only the passenger side light flashes.

When I park the car, I switch the switch to turn left and walk outside and the turn signal is not flashing, I want to make sure it's not because I put the car in parking position.

Why not do a standard test by having someone stand in front of the car as you use the signal lights. This will give you the answer.

Usually with turn signals it is "yes" "no" "Yes" "No" But it could be the other way around "No" "Yes" "No" "Yes" "NO"
Either way they are working. This has been a PSA.

Seriously though, you can usually see the reflection on the vehicle in front of you or when you pull up to a garage door. Try that as the turn signals are quite bright.

Or drive to a store that has full windows in front, like a mirror, hit your signals and see for yourself.
