Plug-In NCW created a Host Agreement with the intention that it would delineate responsibilities, ownership, liability and obligations associated with having an EVSE unit installed. We have encountered significant resistance to the agreement as it is now written. We have no funds to pay attorney fees for a revision. Charlene and I are willing to donate personally for this action. However, it was suggested that there may be a lawyer present in these forums who would donate some or all of the time required to simplify, shorten and equalize our current agreement. If you can help or know of one who might please respond to this post.
