    Or it might be something bad...

    I get it all the time. Particularly for mobile Service. They’ll send that out for the Service request and then you’ll get a copy of the work order after signing. I then copy them to my IBooks for records. Usually they’ll require that before Mobile comes out for your appointment. Do you have something Service related scheduled?
