Leonardo DiCaprio's climate change documentary

Now take DiCaprio flying around in a jet to do what he does, or Al Gore living in a big house. DiCaprio has had to visit many parts of the world to talk about climate change, get footage for his film, etc. How should he do that? Ride a bike? He really needs to fly.

Fine but what about him always chartering yachts and filling them with supermodels? Is that needed to spread the message? Can't he put them all on a sailboat with him instead?

If Al Gore lived in the most energy inefficient house in the country, it would make him a hypocrite for suggesting others don't do the same thing.

Yachts and supermodels are a much better road to hypocrisy than inefficient homes. At least Leo does it right!

Why so much hate against Leonardo DiCaprio? If anything I appreciated his honesty and acknowledgement that he has a lot to learn about this subject. There are too many public figures/actors that take the holier than thou attitude that somehow their opinion comes across as expert fact.

He's not preaching that he's the role model example or has all the answers. He even questions if he's the right person to deliver the message and admits his footprint his probably bigger than the average american.

I do like the fact that they mentioned the production voluntarily paid a carbon tax.

Just want to post this. The full documentary was removed from the official National Geographic channel (to become a paid program instead). But someone posted an exact copy of it in another channel. Great news to keep spreading the words about global warming.
