Aarrggg I need to get get a final MVPA today in order to finalize my loan in time to get a check for Friday delivery.
I don’t understand why it is so hard to generate this document. Is it common for them to be cutting things this close?
For all of people’s comments about how they love the Tesla buying experience, and will never go back to a “stealership” I’m personally finding this process way more stressful than my experience buying at a traditional dealership.

Yeah, the dealership model is looking better and better by the day.

This whole thing has been a stressful nightmare of limited communication and screw ups. I went to the store (out of state) on my delivery day and the car wasn’t there. No one told me until I waked in the door after driving out and getting a hotel the night before.

I am really hoping the car is good enough to make me forget this terrible delivery experience.

Don't stress, just realize your not getting the car and figure out something else to do friday.

Yeah so the deadline to get my bank the MVPA in time for delivery has come and passed.
Trying Hail Mary attempt to get Tesla financing to rate match my 3rd party financing.
Otherwise, yeah guess I’m doing something else not related to taking delivery of a Tesla Friday.

The portal doesn't open until about 2 days before delivery. Probably time, after lunch tomorrow, if it hasn't opened, to call the store and see if the car is there and let them know that your payment portal isn't opened. Or a quick note to your delivery consultant.

It's like being in a car wreck. For you, your entire world is swimming around you. For the ambulance paramedics, this is something that they do over and over, it's an emergency to you, it's routine to them.

I'm afraid it is already too late. My 3rd party financing needed the final MVPA by 5pm EST today in order to finalize processing and get me the check in time for my scheduled delivery Friday morning.

My ordering process hasn't been nearly as stressful. I signed the MVPA last night, to take delivery tomorrow at 2pm (40 hours in between). Call your delivery agent in Las Vegas and go over this with them. Have you filled out everything on your Tesla account on the website? You can also have your check overnighted?

I got my MVPA at 7:30pm yesterday (Sept 25) with delivery due today at 2pm, ...yes I got!
Drove it to detailing; Full tint 35 throughout (except FR windshield), centre console to matte, ceramic coating.

And that’s sad because dealership closing departments can be stressful lol

Same kind of experience here. Supposed to take delivery of an S at 9am Friday, so in 36 hours, my account still says "you'll be contacted by a delivery specialist". No access to payment portal, no confirmed final amount, and no news from my DS in Vegas since Yesterday morning when she confirmed delivery. A bit upsetting, but well, this must be a particularly crazy week.

I just don’t understand how it’s the final MVPA that’s jamming me up. How is this not just a template form that some computer generates?!?!
I’m assuming that the estimated amount due with taxes fees etc is accurate on my account and that it just needs to be plopped in some template MVPA form. How can it take days to make this document when any normal dealership will produce it for you in minutes?

Sorry for the rant, still processing the disappointment of having my delivery blown up by this.

I'm having the same issues, but I've been calling the advisor constantly to make sure everything is in order. I take delivery on Friday 9/28 and none of the finance or contract stuff is online yet.
