Less than 48 hrs before delivery, no MVPA

I just don’t understand how it’s the final MVPA that’s jamming me up. How is this not just a template form that some computer generates?!?!
I’m assuming that the estimated amount due with taxes fees etc is accurate on my account and that it just needs to be plopped in some template MVPA form. How can it take days to make this document when any normal dealership will produce it for you in minutes?

Sorry for the rant, still processing the disappointment of having my delivery blown up by this.
For me, I first noticed the 'Est. amount due' number changed and it did match the MVPA once it was posted, replacing the original Purchase agreement in the 'Document' heading.

Getting the final amount was tense, the delivery was exceptional! ...informative, courteous, quick.
I arrived at 1:05pm for my 2pm delivery and drove away at 1:20pm, only because I let the kind lady explain some details all of which I already knew, as most Tesla buyers do.

I think some of you are under the mistaken impression that advisors are answering the phone right now. I’m guessing they are slammed and constantly on the phone with someone else already? It took me 6 tries to get my IDA on the phone yesterday. So far I’m 0/3 this morning.
This is a freaking mad house, starting to think I would prefer a nice calm October delivery.
 
I have delivery scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, count me as another with no MVPA and no option to pay the remaining balance! Funding secured through Tesla though so I don’t have the stress some of you do with getting that info ASAP to your lender!
 
My advisor stopped responding to e-mails shortly after scheduling the delivery appointment (at a very inconvenient time despite my quick response with different preferences in the windows he gave). He promised to get me into the financing workflow by e-mail in line with a comment I made on my account a month ago, but nothing. The trade-in function on the site was not working either and no response to my inquiry for help so am selling the old car elsewhere.

I found a VIN in my account so initiated my own financing. Asked by e-mail for the MVPA and no response. It appeared today so I sent it to my credit union. There are two ministerial mistakes on the MVPA and they will not wire funds until fixed. Delivery is tomorrow with the wire deadline looming.

The voicemail of the delivery department in Denver is overflowing, my advisor will not respond to e-mails or phone. I called Nevada delivery and explained the situation and they cannot find my advisor, but took a message. I escalated it for Executive Review on the owners portal too.

The message to Tesla now is to either figure this out or cancel the order. Expressed the same to my advisor in the phone message and e-mail. I would like a Model 3 for my kids as I want AWD, but honestly a Chevy Bolt or Kia Niro is just fine. I have my delivery appointment at 6:00 and should that not happen, I bet I can get a Bolt purchased in a couple hours. They are just blocks away.

I emailed my inside advisor about the lack of MVPA and the ability to pay, it took a few hours but she responded and supplied the MVPA and I can now make the final payment! Still nervous about if the car is really ready for me to pickup tomorrow. I’ve seen some people on here have waited to submit their payment until they see the car, was there any problem doing that?? I would feel more comfortable seeing the car before I send the money!

I still haven't received my mvpa. Delivery is set for tomorrow at 6pm. They changed my appt by 1hr without telling me. Luckily I check my account every hour :).

A reason a went with Tesla financing is because of these type of delays I've been reading about docs. Less of a headache.

You're lucky they only changed the appt by 1hr. They changed the delivery address without telling me (home address -> logistic hub -> design studio 50miles away). Can't find any advisor to address this issue.

Good news, tesla financing rate matched the better rate I was getting from my bank.
Bad news, still no MVPA and delivery is tomorrow morning.

Guess I'm just going to show up and see what happens.
Did you have to provide any documentation to get them to match the rate? What was the process for that? I’m scheduled for a Sunday delivery, and my financing section is still locked on my account. I was planning on using my credit union, but would love to use Tesla financing at the same rate, for simplicity.
 
I got the MVPA but had to make a change to it in order to make it match my 3rd party financing. That seems to have screwed everything up. Not clear whether I'll get the revised MVPA in time. Haven't been able to get IDA on the phone.
 
I got my MVPA at 7:30pm yesterday (Sept 25) with delivery due today at 2pm, ...yes I got!
Drove it to detailing; Full tint 35 throughout (except FR windshield), centre console to matte, ceramic coating.

How'd you get an appointment with inception so quick? My tint appointment is in 3 weeks.

I'd love to see your car after it's done though. I'm still debating between 35 and 45 w inception.

Cool about the financing. I got my 3 June 5’th. No MVPA so I estimated the ‘payable on delivery’ and got a bank draft before the bank closed June 4’th. Got the MVPA about 9:00 pm the night before after the banks closed. They took my personal cheque for about $300 to cover the amount above the bank draft.
They can probably generate the MVPA there if you don’t get it first. Keep checking your account :)

I was to take train to Chicago (live in Milwaukee) this am to pick up my 3, got text 9 pm last night saying car wasn't delivered!
Called this am (Highland Park) only VM for delivery service (they haven't returned even one of my 4 calls in past month.) Talked to service instead & was assured delivery specialist will call me, no call so far.
Asked if they don't do an inspection of new cars before hand-off & how long would that take, & got vague "oh sure, they do that" but no time estimate.
WTF Tesla, get your act together.
 
The person I was got when I called Tesla that couldn't find my delivery advisor actually followed-up asking for the information needed to get the MVPA updated for my credit union. I got that to her last night at 5:30 PM local time, but the MVPA is still not updated. We will soon be beyond the wiring deadline to get this car purchased today. I will be asking for a refund of the $3500. Pathetic.

EM should spend less time smoking week, dating supermodels and manipulating the stock price. I am done.
