Walked past a Electrify Canada charger that has not been turned on yet and saw cable coolant puddle beside a pedestal. Then noticed someone had cut the cables. I'm suspecting copper thieves. They have been very active in Calgary lately. Very sad.

how much is 3' of that worth and where do you trade it that doesn't make you show ID?
I guess they need to put some small cameras on these things and bringing people to justice.

Copper thieves and they left 3ft in the charger? That seems...not smart.

Walmart Supercenter | Federal Way, WA | EV Station has reports confirming it fell victim to copper thieves having cut cables.
I was thinking of starting a thread about copper thieves but since the above hit DC FCs, I figured I'd put this here.
Even L2 stations have been hit many times before. We have a thread at general thread at MNL at Copper wire thieves.
