Lewis & Clark and the Tesla

Lewis & Clark could not have imagined that their campsite would be a parking place for my Tesla some 211 years later. For the first time I did a top off of the T-REX to 272 miles and took off for the confluence of the Platte and Missouri River where Lewis and Clark camped. To my knowledge, this is the first Tesla to visit this spot..maybe the first pure electric.
But it was sobering thinking about what they would think about traveling in a device like this.

If they were also shown the context, the internal combustion alternative, I'd think L&C would be wondering why the majority of modern conveyances weren't more like your Tesla!

Great photos.
