License Plate Screws

I just got my car registered in Kentucky, and they gave me a standard plate while I wait on my personalized plate. I didn't realize until I put the new plate on my car, that Tesla only gives you two screws and come-plated plastic caps in the license plate frame. There are 4 holes in the license plate, holder and trunk lid, but only 2 screws. I don't like the look of only having 2 screws in there. Does anybody know where I can get the screws and caps to match the other two?

More importantly if you are missing screws. What are the proper Screw sizes that go into the the little plastic gromets?

The little screw cap cover fell off on my rear is there some place to order a matching one?
