I am unfortunately in need of a front license plate holder for my Model 3 but reallllly don’t want to drill holes/permanently modify the fascia. Best alternatives? Thanks!

Evanex.com has one that uses the new automotive adhesive. I have used it. if you have to remove it, you can saw it off with dental floss.

Just picked up the Ottosteer magnetic plate holder last week and installed it today. Installs really easily and you can quickly yank the plate off there if you want.

The OEM frame is held on with only an adhesive which can be removed later.. dental floss trick.

I might give that a try this week. I don't think I'll pass my Virginia State inspection without a front plate but would rather remove it right after. Would prefer not spend $100 for a short term fix.

They don't care about the front plate at inspection. I never put mine on when i had my BRZ and no one ever said anything.

Get the plate and the holder and carry them in the car. If you get stopped, show the officer the parts and explain you have all the stuff and are going to bolt it on.

That'll work until you get the fifth warning about actually getting that round tuit you've been waiting on to get the job done.

Found a solution that uses stainless steel spring clips to hold Tesla's bracket to the bumper. I put it on my can and it works great.You can adjust it or take it off. No damage to the bumper. I didn't like ones that would block air flow to the battery or clamp to the thin plastic vanes in front. It was hard to find on amazon but it you search brighter design tesla model 3 license it should come up. Hope this helps.

Words of caution on any that mount onto the ventilation fins. I had a The Law holder on my MS and within a year it became wobbly.

This. A little pricey, but it's awesome.

Mine is off 99.99% of the time and I live in a cop-happy state. No issues yet. Only time I put it on is parallel parking in the city & times when I cannot afford to get pulled over.
