It's easy to get low numbers for a short distance. That number will go up to about 220 or 230 on the way home because the way home is less efficient than the way to work.
We all live in constant awe of you, jerry33. On the way to work (net elevation loss) I can make it to about 250Wh/mi. On the way back I get 350Wh/mi if I drive like a grandpa with two Vicodin. For a total of about 300. That's on a perfect day, 67F, no wind, etc. Your numbers are just insane.

Vicodin or Viagra... I'd expect two very different drivers haha. I can't tell if 350 is supposed to be high or low, so I don't know if you mean amped or comatose :)

My drive to work is 2.5mi and without launching I'm at like 460Wh/mi each way.
Comatose. I average about 312Wh/mi since they got torque sleep to work reliably. So 350 is rather high for me. On a really short trip with noticeable elevation change (to Taekwondo which I do four to six times a week, 8mi round trip) I average closer to 340Wh/mi.
If I drive even the least bit spirited on my way home from work I'm closer to 380 (elevation gain).
Portland Metro area is surprisingly hilly :)
